FAQs

What are our normal fees?

First visit fees are normally $115 (includes Consult, Exam, Computerized Spinal Scan & Adjustment). Follow up office visits are $55.

What about insurance?

If you have insurance, they'll check your benefits before charging you for anything. You might find out (like many of their clients who have Obamacare plans) that their fees are actually lower than your contracted out of pocket rates.

If you have a high deductible or an HSA account they’ll work to find the most affordable options for you. Start saving now by booking a $59 New Patient Web Special (normally $115).

Will you work with my insurance?

There’s no need to stress about insurance – we will direct bill them for you and reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.

Just bring the police report and/or any insurance information with you. We’ll log detailed notes about all your injuries and take care of all the paperwork for you.

Will you work with my attorney?

Yes, if you already have an attorney we will gladly work with them. We accept letters of protection as well as med-pay claims.

If you don’t have an attorney, we can provide the names of several that may be of assistance to you.

What if I miss time from work?

If you’ve missed work due to an injury that wasn’t your fault, you may be entitled to compensation for your lost wages. We will document any lost employment due to your accident including:

  • Wages for hours, days, weeks, or months in which you could not work.
  • Lost earning capacity, if the accident left you with a long-term or permanent disability
  • Lost opportunities, like missing a job interview or promotion

Who will work on me?

Dr. Anderson will provide all aspects of your care. They don’t have any other associates, so you’re guaranteed to get Dr. Geff’s hands every time you drop in for an adjustment.

Can I get adjusted on day 1?

Yes! If Dr. Geff clearly understands your problem and can safely adjust you, he gladly will on your first visit – why wait to start the healing process?

Why no appointments?

Established patients don’t have to make appointments. They can simply drop in for an adjustment when it is convenient for them.

There are morning, afternoon and evening Walk-In Hours throughout the week for your convenience.

What's a regular visit like?

When you become a regular client, you’ll be seen on a first come first serve basis. Because you don’t need an appointment, you can easily fit in a quick visit when you want. They’re always aware and respectful of your valuable time.

Will I have to go forever?

It’s true, some clients go regularly for wellness care, but you don’t have to. The choice is up to you. You can receive as much or as little care as you feel comfortable with.

Should I be seen after a car accident?

Yes, we recommend to always be seen immediately following a car accident, regardless of visible injuries. Most car accident injuries are soft tissue injuries, which means they primarily effect the neck, back, and head, and are not visible.

What if I'm not hurting?

There is a good chance you won’t feel pain right after your accident. However, this doesn’t mean you weren’t injured – many people don’t feel pain after a car accident because of the sudden release of adrenaline. Sometimes it can take a few days for any symptoms to present themselves.

What kind of injuries could I have?

Injuries that can arise from a car accident include (but are not limited to) Soft Tissue Injuries, Whiplash, Back and Neck Pain, Bruises and Lacerations, Broken Bones and Fractures, Head Injuries and Concussions, Chest Injuries.

If you’re experiencing any of those, it’s important to be seen and evaluated as soon as possible.
